There are many diverse and fulfilling career options available within the fresh produce industry and within our own business including finance, marketing, supply chain, Agronomy, HR, and Warehousing to name a few.
As part of our commitment to young people, we are actively preparing them for the world of work through our collaboration with schools and colleges and investing in apprenticeships and training.
We believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to start again with a Clean Sheet and we implement this through considering employment applications from people with previous convictions (within the law, the terms of the individual’s licence, and our own recruitment policy), who are looking for a better future by finding sustainable employment and enabling them to reach their full potential.
