From Friday and over the weekend, we have been proudly celebrating both International Women’s Day, and Employee Appreciation Day across all our teams — taking time to recognise, appreciate, and celebrate the amazing people who make our workplace what it is.
To honour International Women’s Day, we handed out roses to all our brilliant female colleagues — a small token of appreciation for their invaluable contributions and achievements, and a symbolic nod to our industry, as the strawberry plant comes from the rose family.
For Employee Appreciation Day, we came together over a pizza lunch — chosen by our colleagues — to celebrate the hard work, dedication, and teamwork that drives us forward every day.
The 2025 International Women’s Day theme — Accelerate Action — calls on all of us to step up and take concrete action to drive gender equality and create workplaces where everyone can thrive.
